ORDINANCE No. 10 of 1911. (UNIVERSITY).

WHEREAS the Court of the University of Hong Kong on the 20th day of March, 1939, in exercise of the powers in that behalf contained in section 14 of the University Ordin- ance, 1911, further amended the statutes of the University contained in the Second Schedule to the said Ordinance, as amended prior to that date, by the repeal of the said statutes and the substitution therefor of the statutes set out in the Appendix hereto, such further amendment to come into force as hereunder appearing:

AND WHEREAS the Governor in Council on the 17th day of August, 1939, allowed such further amendments :

NOW the said further amendments shall be incorporated and printed in the edition of the Regulations of Hong Kong prepared under the Ordinances and Regulations of Hong Kong (1937 edition) Ordinance, No. 51 of 1936, and shall come into force on the date on which approval of the second volume of the Regulations of Hong Kong (1937 edition) is notified by proclamation under section 9 of Ordinance No. 51 of 1936.
